Why the cheapest CAN bus immobiliser UK price is lower, and what we did not cut
Most immobilisers sold in the UK pass through several hands before they reach your car. A brand designs them, a manufacturer builds them, a distributor imports and stocks them, and an installer buys from the distributor and adds labour. Each step adds a margin, and you pay all of them.
CAN-IMMO skips that chain. LockCar designs the unit, has it built in the UK, and supplies it straight to approved installers and dealers. The price you pay covers the hardware, the fitting and a sensible margin for one business rather than four.
We also do not sell a subscription. An immobiliser does not need a data connection to stop an engine, so there is no SIM, no server and no monthly fee built into the price or added later.

CAN-IMMO joins the vehicle’s own data network. It reads the CAN bus, LIN bus and ADC bus, which is how it recognises legitimate activity on your specific make and model. Until the driver authorises it, the engine stays blocked, even if a thief has relayed or cloned the key.
You authorise it with a PIN entered on buttons the car already has, such as steering wheel or climate controls. Nothing is added to the dashboard, so there is no keypad to find. 2. Assessment

3. Selection

4. Training
