Do you come to my home?
Yes. We are fully mobile across all B postcodes and the wider West Midlands. Home, workplace, or anywhere you can park safely for an hour.
How long does the fitting take?
Most vehicles are done in a few hours, including app setup and pairing your proximity tag. A few models with awkward access take longer, and we will tell you when we price it.
Will it affect my manufacturer’s warranty?
Terms vary between manufacturers, so if your vehicle is under warranty it is worth a quick call to your dealer before you book.
Will my insurance company accept it?
Some insurers reduce a premium for an aftermarket immobiliser and some do not, and a few will only recognise specific accredited products. Confirm with your insurer before booking, and we will supply whatever documentation they ask for.
Does it work on keyless cars?
Yes, and those are exactly the vehicles it is built for. If your car unlocks as you walk up to it, it is the type most at risk from relay attack.
What happens if my car battery goes flat?
Nothing is lost. Once the battery is restored, the system works exactly as before with the same paired tag.
What if I lose the tag?
Spare tags are paired at fitting and we recommend keeping one at home. On the ONE Plus you can also release the vehicle from the app.
Can I move it to my next car?
Yes. There is a removal and refit charge that depends on both vehicles. Ask when you book and we will price it up front.
Do you fit to vans and motorhomes?
Yes. Cars, vans, HGVs, EVs and motorhomes, on 12V and 24V systems. Vans are one of the most common jobs we do in Birmingham.
