The app is the master control for your immobiliser. Arm or disarm it with a tap, pair or replace your smart ring and set how close the ring has to be before the engine is released. Valet mode lets a garage or car wash move the car without your ring, and the authorisation log shows when the engine was started. A backup PIN is kept in the app too.

Once the immobiliser is armed, the engine block holds whatever key or device a thief uses. A relayed fob signal, a cloned key or a newly coded key may open the doors, but the engine will not run without your paired ring or a manual release from your app. If the ignition is switched on and nobody is identified within 30 seconds, the car’s alarm sounds.
